He is survived by: his wife Martha Ray Winders; his sons, Joel Winders (Meredith) of Ridgeway, VA, Rob Winders (Crystal) of Apex and Michael Winders (Marion) of Durham; his grandchildren, Levi Winders, Andrew Winders, Katelyn Kirby, Jacob Winders and Mason Winders; his great grandchildren, Beckham Kirby and Brynn Kirby; and his brother Ricky Winders (Deidra). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
