He is survived by: his children, Marcia Carmichael Bradbury, Galen Carmichael (Sara) and Gwyn Carmichael Broome (Philip); his grandchildren, Callie, Daniel, Benjamin, Kara (Andrew), Jessica, Kelsey, Carter (Bethany), Kaitlyn and Anna; his great grandchild Brendan; and his brother Richard Carmichael (Jane).
