He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Perry and Alpha Perry; and his siblings, Dale Perry (Rebecca) and Kay Marin. He is survived by: his wife Marie Scarlett Perry; his children, Eddie Perry (Evangeline) of Mebane, NC and Carol Pakala (Lyle) of Cedar Falls, IA.; his grandchildren, Angela Perry (Chris), Nathan Perry (Jessica), Ashley Perry (Gregory Baker), Ehrich Pakala (Alyx), Laura Korodan (Abe), Rebekah McCormick (Darrell), Elizabeth Hallam (Trevor), Melissa Tobler (John), Elliott Pakala, Margaret Thrall (Timothy) and Daniel Pakala (Esther); his brother Wiley "Boyce" Perry; and his brother-in-law Gerald Marin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (5217 Oak Grove Church Rd, Mebane, NC 27302). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
