She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis "Bill" Haith and Cornelia Anderson Haith; and her sister Patricia Ann Haith Headen. She is survived by: her husband Karl Bass; her daughter Crystal (Jason); her grandchildren, Samantha, Catherine and Brandon; her sibling's children, Kimberly Shore (Landrey) and Mark Headen; and her great-niece Grace. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and lifelong friends.
