He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Kelly and Velma Kelly; his sister Debbi Garren; and his daughter Angela Spell. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Hohl (Jed); his grandchildren, Krystin Scarlett (Jamie), Amanda Scarlett, Lauren Scarlett, Taylor Guzman (Franklin), Marilyn Hohl, Vivian Hohl, Henry Hohl and Jaeden Spell; his great grandchildren, Camden Scarlett, Anderson Brown and Addyson Brown; his sisters, Brenda Crutchfield (Jim) and JoAnn Caulder (Jerry); his brother-in-law Kenny Garren; his uncle Ron Oakley (Kathy); his son-in-law Jay Spell; and his friend Blake Hensley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
