He is survived by: his brother Scott Herbin; his wife Amy; his brother Kevin Herbin; his children, Casey Herbin (Naomi), Brad Mabe (Shiloh) and Michelle Carter (Tavares); his grandchildren, Aidan of Destiny, A. J., Geronimo, Isaac, Tamia, Rylee, Kaden, Micah and Keegan; and his great grandchild J'cieon.
