She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Osborne Spence and Edna LaRue Poole Spence; her siblings, Robbie Spence, Carol Solomon and Jean Riley; and her son-in-law Richard Gary.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Bryan Flake and Jessica Gary; and her grandchildren, Karsyn Gary and Ian Gary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
