He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lundgren-Forrestal; his children, Richard, Bryan and Crystal Forrestal; his stepchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Keith and Eric Lundgren; his grandchildren, Britney, Jaylah, Kiara, Nevaeh, Marcus, Merissa, Sybella, Michael, Gracie and Kennedy; and his siblings, Bernard, Dennis, Kenneth Forrestal, Janet Rabbitt and Rose Bergeron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
