He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Boone Lambert, Sr. and Ruby Bowers Lambert; and his brothers, Gene and Wayne Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Betty Price Lambert; his daughter Barbara Lambert Hester; and his stepsons, Samuel Crissman Allen, Jr. (Alissa) and Timothy Wade Allen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the McClure Funeral Home (1308 S 3rd St, Mebane, NC 27302).
