He is survived by: his children, Patrick Lea (Shanene) of Hillsborough, NC, Tequila Jones (DePorres) of Greensboro, NC, Bronzley Goodman (Ronnie) of Whitsett, NC and Joshua Thompson of Mebane, NC; his grandchildren, Jarrel Lea, Joslyn Lea, Bella Goodman, Glenn Goodman and Gianna Goodman; his siblings, Jerry Thompson of Mebane, NC, Phillip Thompson of Mebane, NC, Aaron Thompson of Mebane, NC, Steve Thompson (Peggy) of Hillsborough, NC, Michael Thompson (Patty) of Burlington, NC, Sylvia Thompson of Mebane, NC, Vanessa Thompson of Mebane, NC, Yvonne Thompson of Greensboro, NC and Pamela Bell of Columbia, SC; his aunts, Dorothy Thompson, Helen Williamson, Colleen Woods and Willameana Woods; and his uncle Jesse Woods (Erwin King). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
