He was predeceased by : his parents, Lowell Radtke and Eileen Radtke (Schultz); his wife Travia Radtke (Sutton); and his brothers, James and Jeff.

He is survived by : his children, Travia Cyr, Sandra Rodaligo and John Radtke Jr.; and his siblings, Stanley, Gary, Richard, Donnie Radtke and Jerrine Kettner. He is also survived by 4 grandsons.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Florence-Whortonsville Volunteer Fire Department.
