He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Hope Cobb of Wilmington, NC and Brent Cobb (Katie) of Farmville, NC; his grandchildren, Jace and Reese Cobb; his sister Judy WIdgren (Peter) of Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Cale of Windsor and Jo Johnson of Merry Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Windsor Fire Department in George's honor.
