She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Edwards and Winnie Willis Edwards; her husband Robert Bryant; and her son James "Jimmy" Bryant. She is survived by: her children, Edward "Eddie" Bryant (Patsy) of Fairmount, Georgia, Patsy Hughes of Bakersville and Brenda Wilson (Roy) of Micaville.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Beans Creek Cemetery (381 Beans Creek Rd, Bakersville, NC 28705).
In lieu of flowers, Granny requested that memorial donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Compassionate Care WNC at 856 Georges Fork Road, Burnsville, NC 28714.
