He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Clark Abbott and William Clifton Abbott, Sr.; and his siblings, Jimmy Abbott and Margaret Eason. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wade Abbott; his daughter Cindy Abbott Thompson (Travis) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Seth Thompson and Erin Thompson.
