With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marshall Lewis Denton of Middlesex, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Marshall find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Denton and Essie Marshall Denton; his sister Angilea Edwards; and his brother-in-law Junior Edwards. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Cone Denton; his children, Laura Denton of Middlesex and Lewis Denton (Caryn) of Middlesex; his sisters, Agnes Whitley (Jerry) of Middlesex and Arginia Martin (Rayford) of Laurinburg; and his granddaughter Breanna Denton.

A graveside service was held on Monday, May 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bailey Town Cemetery (6217 Main St, Bailey, NC 27807).

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Zebulon Rehabilitation Center 509 W. Gannon Ave, Zebulon, NC 27597.
