She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Sullivan and Mettie Crocker Sullivan; her husband Fletcher Bailey; and her brothers, Billy Ray Sullivan, Johnny Wayne Sullivan, Doug Sullivan and Cremo Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Johnny Bailey, Sandra Bailey, Ann Wagner and Renee Toton; her grandchildren, Justin, Cash and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Giavanna, Blayden and Jax; and her siblings, Joey Sullivan (Jan) and Patricia Goodwin (W. N.).
