He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernie Herbert Pence and Frances Cagle Pence. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Diane Pence; his sons, Bernie L. Pence Jr. (Karen) of Creedmoor and Lesley C. Pence (Angela) of Spartanburg, SC; his sisters, Sarah Auman of Asheboro and Brenda Lyons of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Lukas and Riley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to hear that Larry passed away. He was one boss I will never forget. Diane you also are a great person. The one thing that stands out in my mind was him yelling in the office "Turkey" when we were cooking them for our customers. He was a Good man and will be missed by many Judy Reynolds”
