Cathy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Cathy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cathy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. R. Lisk and Lillie Jane Ford Lisk; and her brother Edward J. Lisk. She is survived by: her husband Herman Earl Patterson of Midland, NC; her son Edward Thomas Patterson (Stevie); her sister Linda Lisk; and her niece Dana Bergeron (Andre). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and family friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Dulin's Grove Advent Christian Church (11200 Arlington Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
