He is survived by : his wife Christy Lee Bush of Midland, NC; his brother Dean Bush; his daughter Hannah Bush; his stepsons, Bradley Culler and Dylan Culler (Katie); his nephew Logan Bush; and his pet Lizzie. He is also survived by friends and family.
