She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey H. Phifer and Mildred Moss Phifer; and her husband Oscar E. "Rusty" England. She is survived by : her children, Toi England Wydra, Larry England, Robin England and Mickey England. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
