He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Hough and Annie Belle Robinson Hough; his wife Patricia Ann Horton Hough; his siblings, Lillie Elzina H. Fletcher, Dewey Richard Hough, Max Avery Hough and Theodore Columbus "Lum" Hough; and his granddaughter Erin Nicole Hough.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald S. Hough (Laura) of Midland, Michele H. Warren of Midland and Trena H. Fagan (Ray) of Midland; his grandchildren, Johanna, Jordan Hough, Manning, Austin Floyd, Jesse Warren, Hailey Markgraff (Dakota), Jeffrey Scott Fagan and Maggie Perigo (Josh); and his great grandchild Josh Perigo, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
