He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Junior Patton and Alene Patton; and his son Jeromy J. Patton. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Patton; his son Fredrick (Christy); his grandchildren, Demarcus and Destiny; his siblings, Steve Patton, Gypsy Gray (George), Rennie Patton (Robert) and Corlene Miller of Charlotte, NC.; and his nephews, Alvin Patton, David Phifer and Steve Patton, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews family and friends.
