He is survived by: his mother Rosa Sutton; his wife Shannon Sutton; his children, Ryan Sutton of Durham, NC and Katie Sutton of Cary, NC; his sister Malinda Mertz (Rick) of Concord, NC; and his nephew Dalton Mertz of Concord, NC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
