He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Costello and Jeannie Costello; his sister Cynthia Trafton; and his brothers-in-law, George Pupich and Frank Wolking.
He is survived by: his wife Evon Costello; his children, Kelly Melton (Kevin) of Chapin and William Costello of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Taylor, Cade, Luke and Tyler; and his sisters, Diana Pupich, Valorie Wolking, Rose Costello and Kathy Crosby (Craig).
