With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Wilson of Mill Spring, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Denton, Sr. and Ruth McAbee Denton; her sister Carolyn Shehan; and her brother-in-law Larry Wilson (Shelba). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Pat Wilson; her children, Ricky Wilson (Tamara), Jennifer Potter and Anna Nelon (Michael); her brothers, Billy Denton (Darlene) and Bobby Denton; her sister-in-law Lynne Hamrick (Bob); her grandchildren, Kristen Wilson, Bonnie Pietro, Dallas Wilson, Caleb Potter (Hannah), Sebastian Potter (Lauren) and Easton Nelon; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Pietro and Eliza Potter.
