He was predeceased by : his parents, Harmon Johnson and Loy Church Welborn; and his siblings, Earl Welborn, Billy Welborn (Carolyn Welborn) and Jewel Church.
He is survived by : his children, Tamara Bryant of Millers Creek and Richard Bryce Welborn (Angela) of Millers Creek; his grandsons, Jonathan Welborn, Joshua Welborn, Zachary Welborn, Luke Bryant and Heath Bryant (Amber Redding); his great grandchild Levi Bryant; and his siblings, Betty Reeves of North Wilkesboro, Jeanette Bumgarner (Stephen) of Wilkesboro and Wayne Welborn (Imogene) of Wilkesboro.
