She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosco Oliver and Willie "Ruth" Stamper Oliver; her husband Sebert "Reed" Miller; and her brothers, Joe Oliver, Jack Oliver, Jim Oliver, Jerry Oliver, Jay Oliver, John Oliver and Jeff Oliver.

She is survived by: her children, Tamara Miller Sheets (Tim) of Millers Creek, Justin Reed Miller of Millers Creek, Debbie Davis of Ashe and Brian Keith Miller of Ashe; and her grandchildren, Olivia Sheets, Chloe Sheets, Zachary Davis and Jeremy Davis.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calvary Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery (3020 Old Wilkesboro Rd, Jefferson, NC 28629).
