He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wayne; his daughter Amanda Shumate of Millers Creek; and his siblings, Carol Kay Gragg (Troy) of Millers Creek, Harold Wayne (Shirley) of South Carolina, Doug Wayne (Ann) of Millers Creek, Dale Wayne (Nancy) of North Wilkesboro, Ken Wayne (Donna) of Millers Creek and Russell Wayne (Ruby) of Wilkesboro.
