He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conley and Thelma Conley; his daughter Sandra Conley Gilbert; his grandson James Conley; and his brother Billy Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Sieglinde Conley; his son Allen E. Conley (Betty) of Millers Creek; his grandchildren, Brandon Conley, April Burke, Julian Gilbert, Meghan Eller and Heather Gilbert; and his great grandchildren, Jason Burke, Fisher Gilbert and Jaiden Eller.
