He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Yates and Clara Yates. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Yates; his daughter Nicole Miller (David) of Millers Creek; his granddaughters, Mallory Miller of Millers Creek and Madison Miller of Millers Creek; his sisters, Kathy White (David) of Lewisville and Vonda Riley (Dave) of Lewisville; and his close friend Gene Wilkins of Millers Creek. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
