She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubin Jones and Ida Jones. She is survived by: her sister Joann Jones McCarthy Riddle; her children, Kent Burke (Therisa), Scott Burke and Janice Burke Frisbee (Greg Frisbee); her grandchildren, Kurt Frisbee (Madison), Brock Frisbee (Kellie), Jace Frisbee (Grace), Wyatt Burke (Alexis) and Payton Burke; and her great grandchildren, Shia Frisbee, Scottie Frisbee, Wade Frisbee and Leighton Burke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Carol loved the twelve years she spent at Manor Care Alzheimer's Unit in Sunrise, FL, caring for the elderly.
