She is survived by: her husband Thomas Frye of Mills River; her daughter Karen Treiper (Greg) of Arden; her grandson Nicholas Trieper (Martine) of Mills River; her great grandchild Isabella Trieper; and her sisters, Louise Yelton (Alvin) of Spear, NC, Lou Ann Elliott and Doris Freeman of Spruce Pine.
