He is survived by: his wife Regina Gail Solomon Montague; his sons, Tommy Montague, Jr. (Melissa), Jeremy Montague (Tiffany) and Dustin Montague (Britany Watkins); his grandchildren, Austin Montague, Melanie Montague, Abby Montague, Carson Montague, Skyler Montague and Hailey Montague; and his siblings, Carolyn Whitt (Ben), Jimmy Montague (Shelia), Jerry Montague (Bonnie), JoAnn Palmer (Butch) and Larry Montague.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services (1810 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ephesus Baptist Church (1894 Ephesus Church Rd, Semora, NC 27343).
