He is survived by: his children, Gene Penegar (Sylvia), Michael Ware Penegar (Kenia) and Janice Penegar; his grandchildren, Kyle Penegar (Jennifer), Dylan Penegar (Chelsea), Jacob Ware Penegar, Natalie Suzette Penegar, Lindsey Bowers and Leah Bowers; his great grandchild Evelyn Penegar; his grandchildren, Emmett Penegar, Eleanore Penegar, Cullen Penegar and Savannah Penegar; and his sister Anna Fitch.
