He is survived by: his wife Sharon Boucher; his daughters, May Beth "Becky" Mulford (Doug) and Mary White (John Levi); his stepchildren, Marcie Collins (Mike) and Timothy Roberts (Jessica); his sister Elanor Smith (John); and his caregiver Dana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
