He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Adcock and Effie Adcock. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Adcock; his daughters, Ann Marie Fisher (Scott) and Tammie Clontz (Todd); his grandchildren, Heather Turner (Luke), Hannah Ray (Dustin), Josh Clontz (Jess) and Jared Clontz; his great grandchildren, Caroline Turner, Claire Turner and Annie Ray; and his siblings, Brenda Keels (Wally), James Adcock (Doris) and Joyce Helms (Tony).
