He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sink and Lucile Preston Sink; and his sister Doris Carbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Sink; his children, Jerry W. Sink Jr. (Shelia) and Angela Rae Booker; and his siblings, George W. Sink Jr. (Freddie), Russell Sink (Allene), Nancy Richard, Norma Bradley, Samuel Sink (Christie) and Darlene Spangler (Jim). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
