He is survived by: his wife Cathy Thomas; his daughters, Michelle Horne and Annette Jackson (Skip); his grandchildren, Wally Love (Lindsay), Kendall Love (Cameron), Brittany Love (Sean) and Madison Thomas; his great grandchildren, Nico, Kohl, Collins, Ashton and Scotlyn; and his sister Peggy Pope. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
