She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Bob Burnett and Ruth Brock. She is survived by: her husband Dickson Skipper; her brothers, Rev. Brock Burnett and Rev. Richard Burnett; and her children, Aaron, Molly, Micah, Josh, Caleb and Katie. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Covenant Church (800 Fullwood Ln, Matthews, NC 28105).
