He is survived by : his wife Mollie Lenczowski; his daughter Christy Lenczowski of Memphis, TN; his siblings, Barbara, Joyce Lenczowski of South Bend, IN and Raymond Lenczowski (Janice) of Mansfield, OH; and his sister-in-law Peggy Nash of South Bend, IN..

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Levine Senior Center in Matthews NC where Richard volunteered for several years.
