He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Toot and Marie Toot; his wife Maxine (Max); his son Greg Hartner (Beth) of Howell, MI; his stepdaughters, Dawn DiPirro (Paul) of Charlotte, NC and Kimberly Palma (Bruce) of Indian Trail, NC; his siblings, Tom Toot (Judy) of Rome, PA and Cindi Jackson (Jeff) of Dundee, NY; his grandchildren, Marriana, Alexander DiPirro and Jeremy Palma; his nephews, Jeff Toot, Greg, Pete, Tim and Matt DeHann; and his pet Stuart.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 7:30 AM at the Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home (4715 Margaret Wallace Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
