She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonie Fink and Willis T. Thompson; and her siblings, Alma T. Foard, Margaret T. Godfrey, Bernice T. Dulin, Ernest Thompson and W. T. Michael Thompson.
She is survived by: her close friend Delores Morton. She is also survived by 7 nieces and 1 nephew and other family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
