He is survived by: his mother Jane Pegram Tucker; his wife Amy; his son Juston Tucker (Courtney) of Locust; his grandchildren, Presley and Piper; his daughter Amber Tucker of Monroe; his sister Vickie Streets (David) of Huntersville; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Moser (Cary), Tyler Smith, Neal Thomas (Maegan) and Cortney Ricketts (Zach); the mother of his children Tonya Woodcock (Bill) of Mint Hill; and his pet Renna. He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Doug's name to the animal rescue or charity organization of your choice, honoring his lifelong love for animals.
