She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Lee Heath. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Sue Shelton; her husband Cody Lee Chambers; her children, Destiny Cockerham (Cameron), Devin DiClemente and Dillon DiClemente; her siblings, Angela Heath and Andy Heath; her parents-in-law, Dolly and John Belinski; and her pet Skie.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Cemetery (200 Cemetery St, Mocksville, NC 27028).
