He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison Blackwelder, Sr. and Eula Maie Gilmore Blackwelder; and his brother William Harrison Blackwelder, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Odessa Spry Blackwelder; his sons, Johnny Blackwelder (Caroline) and Billy Blackwelder (Laurie); his brother Robert Allen Blackwelder; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
