She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Franklin and Opal Louise Foster Ward. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Richardson and Joshua Phipps (Stephanie); her siblings, Linda Adams (Alford), Gene Ward (Nancy) of Mocksville and Kelly Ward of Mocksville; and her grandchildren, Brandon Richardson, Luke Phipps, Lily Phipps and Sadie Phipps.
