He is survived by: his wife Renee Marie Blackwell Dwiggins; his children, Robert Ashley Dwiggins and Andrea Dwiggins Hanrahan (Zach); his siblings, David Dwiggins (Teresa) and Sandy Frederick (Charles); and his grandchildren, Allyssa Anne-Marie, Robert Kade Dwiggins, Baydon Stanley, Easton Stanley and Delaney Hanrahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
