He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorman Brown and Nancie Brown; and his grandparents, Leander and Jettie Sherrill Parrish. He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Whitlock (Barry), Eric Brown (Judy) and Alyssa Favre (Frank); his niece Ashley Grubb; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Whit, Luke and Baxx; his niece Amanda Bullard (Mitchell); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camryn and Harper; his nephew Avery Brown (Kayla); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bellamy and Leyander; and his pet Gus.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church (2030 U. S. Hwy 601 N, Mocksville, NC 27028). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
