He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Thomas Henson, Jr. (Terry); his grandson Alex; his son David Henson (Carma); his grandsons, Caleb of Raleigh and Parker of Raleigh; his sister Jane Townsend of Martinsville; his sister-in-law Erica White (Will); his niece Lillian; and his nephew Trey.
