He is survived by: his mother Shirley Woodard Ballard; his wife Kim Wall; his father-in-law Jack; his sons, Brian (Ashley), Matthew (Kenny) and Andrew (Sarah); his grandchildren, Thomas of Johanna, R. J. and Emily; his sister Jane (Jerry); his nieces, Emma (Keith) and Meghan (Brian); his great-nephew Henry; and his great-nieces, Hailey and Maren.
